"Blew up the car, all glass ": Arabs documented assaulting a Jew - and released under house arrest.

About 3 weeks ago, a group of Arabs arrived at the French Hill intersection in Jerusalem with batons in their hands, and when they noticed a driver photographing them, they hit his car and his head.  Despite this, no racist or nationalist motive was attributed to them and they returned to detention only after an appeal to the district.  The street camera video and the recording of the call to the police reached Walla!

The practitioner shared a Facebook post with a video of the clashes on the Temple Mount under which it read "Kill them quickly and do not leave one in them" - and responded: "Amen, please Allah."  The "if you will" student cell demands her dismissal, but the university refuses to take action against the practitioner.  A complaint was filed with the police

... In response, the university administration stated that it would not take action against the practitioner due to statements outside the walls of the academic institution - and "if you will" complained to the police against the teaching assistant.

The practitioner shared a Facebook post that read "Allah punish the oppressors, take them" and "Kill them quickly and do not leave one in them" with a video of clashes between Palestinians and police on the Temple Mount.  The practitioner responded to the post: "Amen, please Allah."

In the "Im Tirtzu (if You Will") booth, they addressed a letter to the university's management: "Against the background of the current severe violence phenomenon in parts of the Arab sector against Jews, we were shocked to find that a Hebrew University practitioner expressed a desire to kill innocent people only because of their Jewish origins."

החקירה נפתחה בעקבות פוסט שפורסם ברשת החברתית, בו תוארה תקיפת תלמידי בית ספר על ידי צעירים ערבים בעת שיצאו את שער בית הספר ובעקבותיה נעצרו, כאמור, החשודים.

מחר תבקש המשטרה מבית משפט השלום בעכו להאריך את מעצרם של הערבים החשודים.

The anti-Semitic attacks by Israeli Arabs against Jews in the cities involved continue.  Two Arabs, residents of Acre, aged 18 and 16, were arrested on suspicion of assaulting a racist student of Jewish schoolchildren, aged about 11 in Acre.

The investigation was opened following a post published on the social network, which described the attack on schoolchildren by young Arabs while they were leaving the school gate, following which the suspects were arrested.

Tomorrow, the police will ask the Magistrate's Court in Acre to extend the detention of the suspected Arabs.

An Arab terrorist attacked a father and son: "You are Jews, your place is not here."

An Arab terrorist riding a motorcycle attacked a father and son on the Jaffa promenade, hit the father with a helmet and his friends sprayed them with pepper spray.  Among other things, the assailant called out to his son, "You are Jews, your place is not here."  Although the details of the attack are in the possession of the police, an indictment has not yet been filed against him, "demanding that the terrorist and his accomplices be prosecuted for a serious assault of a racist motive"

A father and son were attacked on the Jaffa promenade for no reason by an Arab terrorist riding a motorcycle.  The biker hit the father with his helmet, and his friends sprayed them and their two dogs with pepper spray.  The attacker even shouted racist chants at them.  Police arrested the attacking biker thanks to the car camera that recorded the incident, but no indictment has yet been filed against him.  The attack took place about three weeks ago, in the midst of Operation Guardian of the Walls.  L., about 50 years old, and his son Y., 24 years old, were traveling on the promenade of the city of Jaffa ...

12-year-old injured by Molotov cocktail in Jaffa: In the Tel Aviv District Court, indictments were filed today (Thursday) against three people involved in the affair.  Ahmed Daoud, and brothers Rizk and Raed Jarboa are charged with 12 counts of terrorism and attempted murder.

According to the indictment, the three decided to "bring about the deaths of Jews for they are Jews, out of nationalist motive and hatred and to arouse fear."  This is against the background of the violent clashes in the cities involved in Israel.  On the eve of the event, Rizk and Rad Jarboa prepared Molotov cocktails in Rizk's home in the presence of Daoud.  Rizk Jarboa and Daoud then threw the bottles at two nearby residential apartments.  Daoud works in the family business - the old man and the sea restaurant in the port of Jaffa.

The two first threw a Molotov cocktail at the window of an apartment on the first floor of a building on Kedem Street, where two women were staying. Another Molotov cocktail was thrown at an open porch that was empty of people.  Fire broke out on the spot and exterior walls in these apartments were burned and damaged.

From there, they turned toward Ibn Sina Street in Jaffa, and continued the arson attacks with the intent to murder Jews.  The two threw a Molotov cocktail at the entrance to the house, where two people were staying at the time.  As a result of the dumping of the Molotov cocktail, a fire broke out on the spot and the floor of the entrance to the house was burned and damaged.  Next, they threw a Molotov cocktail through a window into a residential apartment, where seven members of the Gentazi family were staying at the time.

The GSS, the police and the State Attorney's Office announced today (Thursday) a series of charges following severe cases of violence by Arabs against Jews in the northern region during Operation Guardian of the Walls.

"Carried out a shooting attack from a passing vehicle"

A joint operation by the Shin Bet and the police led to the arrest of defendants in a shooting attack on an Israeli civilian at the entrance junction to the village of Zelfa in Wadi Ara.

According to the suspicion, they carried out a shooting attack from a passing vehicle at an Israeli citizen at the entrance junction to the village of Zelfa on May 13.  The civilian managed to hide from the line of fire and was not injured.

"The investigation of the three revealed that the three planned and carried out the shooting attack while traveling in a vehicle without a license plate, and also took part in further violent riots in several hotspots during the month of May," it was reported.  "Today, a serious indictment was filed against the three in the Haifa District Court. Also, as part of the indictment, a request was submitted for the forfeiture of the vehicle with which the shooting attack was carried out."

"Severe lynching in a Jewish family"

Also recently, two defendants were arrested for carrying out a lynching on a nationalist background in Kafr Qara - Bashir Abu Rashad (21) and Muhammad Hamarsha (31), both Israeli citizens living in Kafr Qara.

According to the police and the GSS, “the investigation revealed that they were involved in mass riots as part of a large number of popular terrorist incidents across the country in May, including stone-throwing at security forces.  They vandalized public property, set fire to tires and fired fireworks. 

"The investigation also gathered a lot of information linking Hamarsha to an attack on a Jewish civilian on May 11. The citizen was involved in particularly violent riots in Kafr Qara near Road 65 while driving his vehicle.

"Additional information indicated Abu Rashad's involvement in a very serious lynching incident in a Jewish family, which was accidentally caught in Kafr Qara on May 12. During the incident, the family vehicle was killed by a barrage of stones and an attempt was made to open the vehicle doors and injure its occupants.

"Seed of destruction and causing fires"

Meanwhile, the Haifa District Attorney's Office filed an indictment against Khalil Khaskia (23), a resident of Acre who participated in the riots in the city last month.  He is charged with trespassing, burglary of a building in aggravated circumstances, malicious damage (it was determined that the three offenses were committed on racial grounds), arson, arson under aggravated circumstances and more.

According to the indictment filed by Adv. Avi Or-Zach, on the night between May 11 and 12, dozens of people gathered near the ANA hostel in Acre, some of them masked.  They blocked roads with trash cans, threw stones and Molotov cocktails, fired fireworks and damaged property.

The prosecutor's office said in a statement that "Kashkiya threw stones at the police officers who arrived at the scene to disperse the crowd. Later in the evening he arrived at the Al-Ghazar Mosque and along with others broke and sabotaged the security cameras and took from the mosque devices belonging to the security camera system."

"Later in the evening, Khaskia and others arrived at two galleries in Old Acre, knowing that the galleries were owned by Jews. The defendant and the others wreaked havoc on the galleries and equipment inside, including breaking and smashing ornaments and works of art, vandalizing pictures, breaking shelves and handicrafts, stealing property and cash and more.  "The defendant spilled gasoline on the floor of one of the galleries," it was reported.

The indictment further states that "later in the evening, the defendant and others entered a Jewish-owned spice store in Old Acre and began removing spice bags from the warehouse and pouring their contents on the floor, as well as wreaking havoc on the warehouse and breaking objects inside. Afterwards, others set fire to the warehouse and it burned completely."

It should be noted that that night the Effendi Hotel in the city was set on fire by Arab rioters.  Avi Har Even, who was injured in the fire, died of his wounds earlier this week.

The following night, Khaschia arrived with others at the Turkish Bath Museum and wreaked havoc on the site, including breaking furniture, vandalizing property, breaking windows and more.  In addition, the defendant and one of the others spilled the gasoline on the floor and furniture in the hammam, and the defendant set fire to the floor of the place.

Reuven Nehorai, his brother-in-law (48) from the Galilee landscape, survived last night (Monday) from a lynching that was waiting for him not far from his home in the neighboring village of Kfar Kanna.  "I left Tiberias back home for the Galilee landscape, and crossing the village of Kanna is one of the main roads you have to cross to get to the city. There was a traffic jam, and I thought it was because of the holiday and fasting of the Muslims, but one round a group emerged  "They started smashing the windows of the car with stones, sticks and everything else nearby," Ben Hamo recalled in a conversation with "Israel Today."

During the short time he was trapped inside the vehicle, Reuven said he was afraid he would not be able to get out of the riots.  "On the one hand you want to get out of the vehicle, but I was confined in the driver's seat and had no ability to react in any way and apparently due to one of the stones' injuries in the vehicle, the door did not open," he said.  "I volunteer at a charity that does not differentiate between Jews and Arabs, and I ask them as they hit me 'why?'. ארז בר, תושב עמק יזרעאל, חזר שלשום מעבודתו בכרמיאל באותו מסלול שגרתי. אלא שהפעם ניצבו בכביש לכפר מנדא עשרות צעירים ערבים שהתגודדו סביב רכבו. "ראיתי את המוות", הוא משחזר.

"העיניים שלהם רשפו אש וברגע שהם זיהו שאני יהודי, מיד התאספו סביב הרכב המון אנשים והחלו לנדנד ולדחוף, קיללו וקראו 'איטבח אל־יהוד'. הבנתי שאני בסכנת חיים ורצו לי בראש תסריטים ואמרתי לעצמי: 'איזו טעות, איך הגעתי לפה'. במקביל ניסיתי לשלוט במצב. הם הקיפו אותי וניסו לפתוח את הדלת. לא יכולתי לנסוע קדימה או אחורה. חשבתי שעוד רגע עושים בי לינץ'".

מה עשית?

"פתחתי את החלון קצת ואמרתי בעדינות ובתקיפות: 'חבר'ה, תירגעו, מה קורה לכם? אל תעשו שטויות, שלא יהיה פה אסון. בתגובה הם החלו לצרוח ולבעוט לי ברכב וניסו לפרוץ אותו. לא ויתרתי ואמרתי להם: 'אתם עובדים איתי בשדות כל השנים. ככה לא מתנהגים בין שכנים'. כאן חלה תפנית. הגיעו שלושה אנשים ושאלו מאיפה אני. עניתי שאני מבית שערים ושיש לי פועלים מכפר מנדא שעובדים איתי ולא יכול להיות שככה שכנים מתנהגים".

הוא הוסיף: "נתתי להם כבוד אבל בשילוב של אסרטיביות. אם הייתי מתריס או מראה חולשה, זה כנראה היה נגמר אחרת. הם סימנו לתת לי לנסוע וציינו: 'תגיד לחברים שלך שעם ערבים לא מתעסקים'. ניצלתי בנס. יש פה התססה מצד גורמים דתיים בשילוב לאומנות. אבל אין לי ארץ אחרת. אני לא אעבוד איתם ולא אקנה מהם, וכבר מגיש בקשה לנשיאת נשק בעקבות החוויה הקשה".

מהומות הר הבית בירושלים וההסלמה בדרום זלגו גם ליישובים ערביים ומעורבים ברוב חלקי הארץ: עשרות ולעתים מאות מתפרעים יצאו לרחובות בחיפה, בגליל, בכפר תבור, בצומת ציפורי, בתרשיחא, בכפר מנדא, בעילוט, בנחף, בשיבלי, בנצרת, בכפר כנא, בטייבה, בטמרה, בוואדי ערה, בלוד, ברמלה, בכרמיאל ועוד. במקומות שבהם יהודים וערבים חיים יחד בשקט בימים כתיקונם, חוששים עכשיו מפגיעה מהותית במרקם היחסים המשותף.

"עברנו ליל אימה שהזכיר לי את ליל הבדולח", סיפרה הדר מילר, תושבת לוד מזה 12 שנה, "קשה לי לראות איך אנחנו עוברים הלאה לסדר היום. כולם בטראומה כרגע, מנסים להסדיר נשימה. לא יודעת אם יש עם מי לדבר ולהידבר. עכשיו אני בחוסר אמון מוחלט וזה לא היה כך. אני אוהבת מאוד את העיר ויש פה אנשים טובים וחמים, אבל זה כבר לא מה שהיה. אחרי הלילה הזה, זו שבירת אמון".

מילר מספרת על יחסי שכנות נפלאים עם תושביה הערבים של העיר, שבלילה אחד הפכו לסיוט בלהות. "היה ניסיון לפרוץ לבתים, זרקו בקבוקי תבערה לחצרות, הציתו כיכר מרכזית, יידו אבנים לעבר בתים ואנשים", היא מתארת.

"כל הלילה נשמעו יריות והיה ריח עשן. הפעלנו אזעקות וחיכינו למשטרה שלא הגיעה במשך 45 דקות של פחד מוות וסכנה לחיי אדם. אני מאוד מופתעת ומאוכזבת מהתגובה של המשטרה שלא הגיעה בזמן להציל את חיינו. אני מאוכזבת שאין הרתעה".

בין היתר, בלוד, הפורעים שרפו בית כנסת, הרסו מכינה קדם־צבאית וחירבו מוזיאון חדש שרק הוקם. הרחובות נראו כמו זירת קרב. "אני מאוכזבת מהשכנים שלי ורוצה לקוות שמדובר בקומץ ולא בכולם", אומרת מילר. "יש צורך בענישה ביד קשה לשני המגזרים. כי כשאין הרתעה, גם המגזר הערבי סובל מהאלימות. אסור שדבר כזה יחזור על עצמו לעולם. אנשים שמסתגרים בלב המדינה באימה ובפחד בגלל קומץ פורעים - זה לא מתקבל על הדעת".

"רוצים להרוג אותנו", אומר יואל פרנקבורג, תושב לוד שמצא עצמו שלשום נמלט כשהמון פורעים רודף אחריו ברחוב. "עשרות צעירים משולהבים רצו אלינו באמוק עם סלעים, רעולי פנים, וזרקו עלינו בקבוקי תבערה. מי שמשלם את המחיר זה אנחנו, קהילה פרודוקטיבית ללא אלימות שרק ביקשה להגן על ביתה. צריך לדאוג שהפושעים ישלמו, אחרת אין רגיעה. אנחנו לא מחפשים נקמה, אלא רק לחיות את חיינו בצורה שלווה ובטוחה".

איך אתם רואים את היחסים בעתיד?

"אני לא יודע איך ייראו יחסינו בעתיד, אבל זה תלוי בעיקר בהם ובמה הם יבחרו לעשות. אם יבחרו בשקט ובשלווה או לא. מה שברור, אנחנו נחרים את כל המסחר איתם".

להפסיק את הקשרים

באזור הצפון והעמקים עדיין מלקקים את פצעי מהומות אוקטובר 2000, שרק החלו להירפא בשנים האחרונות. במשך שנים החרימו חלק מהיהודים את בתי המסחר והשירותים ביישובים הערביים הסמוכים.

לאט־לאט החיים חזרו למסלולם, ואיתם גם יחסי השכנות הטובים. אולי בגלל זה האירועים שלשום הפתיעו מאוד את תושבי האזור. “זה היה מחזה מחריד”, סיפר חן גלוברמן מכפר קיש.

“ציר תנועה מרכזי - כביש 65 – היה סגור במשך שעות. הסתובבו ילדים בני 16 עם מסיכות על הפנים והדליקו כל מה שאפשר: שדות, קוצים, תמרורים. ברכבים ישבו אנשים קפואים ומבוהלים ורק קיוו שהמשטרה כבר תגיע. לא האמנו למראה עינינו. זה יכול להיות הקצב שלך, הבחור בשטיפת רכבים. אנחנו חיים ביחד. מה הם חשבו לעצמם? ואין אף מנהיג - לא אצלם ולא אצלנו - שבא לפשר ולסלק אותם הביתה. הייתה נוכחות דלילה של המשטרה, שני טנדרים עם מתנדבים. זו סכנת חיים וזה אמצע מדינת ישראל. אנחנו חיים פה יחד שנים, אז למה? סתם לפרוק עול. אין להם מושג איפה אל־אקצא, ובטח לא אכפת להם מהעזתים. אשתי נבהלה מאוד. היינו בהלם”.

בקבוצת הוואטסאפ האזורית התעוררה סערה, וחלק מהתושבים החליטו להפסיק קשרי מסחר או עבודה עם תושבי הכפר הסמוך שיבלי, לאחר כאמור שנים של דו־ קיום. “הרחוב רותח”, אומר ערן אבן שושן, תושב כפר תבור.

“זה ברור שזה לא כולם, ואני מניח שראש המועצה לא מרוצה מזה ולא מסכים לזה, אבל אני החלטתי לא לדרוך שם יותר. כזה דבר לא היה מעולם. היו לנו יחסי שכנות ומסחר טובים, הייתי מטפל שם ברכב, מבקר בחנויות, הולך למוסכניק, למשתלה, אבל מעכשיו אין סיכוי שנדרוך שם. זה מכעיס. זה לא מקובל. הם לא מסכנים ומדוכאים. לא ברור מה הדליק אותם, אבל זה בלתי נסלח. אני לא מבין למה הם בחרו בקיצוניות. דגלי פלסטין זה לא משהו שתלו פה אי פעם”.

Erez Bar, a resident of the Jezreel Valley, returned from his work in Carmiel on the same routine route on Tuesday.  This time, however, dozens of young Arabs stood on the road to the village of Manda, huddled around his vehicle.  "I saw death," he recalls.

"Their eyes caught fire and as soon as they recognized that I was Jewish, a lot of people immediately gathered around the vehicle and started nagging and pushing, cursing and shouting 'Itbach al-Yahud.' [Kill the j..s] I realized I was in danger and ran scripts and said to myself: 'What a mistake, how did I get here?'  "At the same time, I tried to control the situation. They surrounded me and tried to open the door. I could not drive back or forth. I thought I would be lynched in a moment."

What did you do?

"I opened the window a little and said gently and firmly: 'Guys, calm down, what's wrong with you? Do not do nonsense, that there will be no disaster here. In response they started screaming and kicking me in the car and tried to break it. I did not give up and told them:' You work with me in the fields  "All the years. This is not how neighbors behave." There was a turnaround here. Three people came and asked where I was from.

He added: "I gave them respect but with a combination of assertiveness. If I was defiant or showed weakness, it would probably have ended differently. They signaled to let me go and noted: 'Tell your friends not to mess with Arabs.' I was miraculously saved. There is ferment here by officials  "Religious combined with art. But I have no other country. I will not work with them and I will not buy from them, and I am already applying for a weapon following the difficult experience."

The Temple Mount riots in Jerusalem and the escalation in the south also spilled over to Arab and mixed localities in most parts of the country: Dozens and sometimes hundreds of rioters took to the streets in Haifa, the Galilee, Kfar Tavor, Tzipori Junction, Tarshiha, Kfar Manda, Ilut, Benahaf, Shibli, Nazareth, Kfar Kanna, Taibe, Tamra  , In Wadi Ara, Lod, Ramla, Carmiel and more.  In places where Jews and Arabs live together quietly in the days when they are repairing, there is now a fear of a material damage to the fabric of the common relationship.

"We had a night of horror that reminded me of Kristallnacht," said Hadar Miller, a 12-year-old resident of Lod. "It's hard for me to see how we move on to the agenda. Everyone is traumatized right now, trying to catch their breath. I don't know if there is anyone to talk to.  "I have complete distrust and that was not the case. I love the city very much and there are good and warm people here, but that is no longer what it was. After this night, it is a breach of trust."

Miller recounts a wonderful neighborhood relationship with the city's Arab residents, which one night turned into a nightmare.  "There was an attempt to break into houses, throw Molotov cocktails into the yards, set fire to a central square, throw stones at houses and people," she describes.

"All night there were shots and there was a smell of smoke. We set off alarms and waited for the police who did not arrive for 45 minutes of fear of death and danger to human life. I am very surprised and disappointed by the response of the police who did not arrive in time to save our lives. I am disappointed there is no deterrence."

In Lod, among other places, the rioters burned a synagogue, destroyed a pre-military preparatory school and destroyed a new museum that had just been established.  The streets looked like a battlefield.  "I'm disappointed with my neighbors and want to hope it's a handful and not everyone," Miller says.  "There is a need for severe hand punishment for both sectors. Because when there is no deterrence, the Arab sector also suffers from violence. Such a thing must never happen again. People who shut themselves in the heart of the country in fear and apprehension because of a handful of rioters - this is unacceptable."

"They want to kill us," says Joel Frankburg, a Lod resident who found himself fleeing on Tuesday when a crowd of rioters chased him down the street.  "Dozens of enthusiastic young people, masked, ran amok towards us with rocks, and threw Molotov cocktails at us. The one who pays the price is us, a non-violent productive community that only wanted to protect its home. We have to make sure the criminals pay, otherwise there is no calm. We are not looking for revenge.  Just to live our lives in a peaceful and safe way. "

How do you see the relationship in the future?

"I do not know what our relationship will look like in the future, but it mainly depends on them and what they will choose to do. Whether they choose quietly and peacefully or not. What is clear is, we will snore all the trade with them."

Break the ties

The northern and valley areas are still licking the wounds of the October 2000 riots, which have only begun to heal in recent years.  For years, some Jews confiscated shops and services in nearby Arab localities.

Slowly, life returned to normal, and with it the good neighborly relations.  Perhaps that is why the events of yesterday greatly surprised the residents of the area.  "It was a horrible sight," said Chen Gloverman of Kish.

"A major thoroughfare - Route 65 - was closed for hours.  16-year-olds walked around with masks on their faces and lit everything they could: fields, thorns, road signs.  In the vehicles sat frozen and frightened people and only hoped that the police would already arrive.  We could not believe our eyes.  It could be your butcher, the car wash guy.  We live together.  What did they think of themselves?  And there is no leader - neither with them nor with us - who comes to mediate and remove them home.  There was a sparse police presence, two vans with volunteers.  It is life threatening and it is the middle of the State of Israel.  We've lived here together for years, so why?  Just unload.  They have no idea where al-Aqsa is, and they certainly do not care about the Gazans.  My wife was very frightened.  We were in shock."

A storm broke out in the regional WhatsApp group, and some residents decided to end trade or work relations with residents of the nearby village of Shibli, after years of coexistence.  "The street is boiling," says Eran Ibn Shoshan, a resident of Kfar Tavor.

"Obviously it's not everyone, and I guess the head of the council is not happy with it and does not agree with it, but I have decided not to step there anymore.  Such a thing has never been.  We had good neighborly relations and trade, I would take care of the car there, visit the shops, go to the mechanic, the nursery, but from now on there is no chance that we will step there.  It's annoying.  It is not acceptable.  They are not miserable and depressed.  It's not clear what turned them on, but it's unforgivable.  I do not understand why they chose extremism.  "Palestinian flags are not something that has ever been hung here."

Residents of several mixed cities in Israel, led by Lod and Acre, sadly recounted last night (Wednesday) how their neighborhoods became a battlefield and the neighbors next to them lived peacefully to attackers seeking to harm them.  "We returned home at 22:00 after an incident and saw 20 people lighting a tree that reached up to our windows - they tried to set fire to our apartment through the tree," said one of them, Yigal, a resident of the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood in Lod.  "They were with knives, but luckily I have a gun license and I pulled it out."

I watched videos all day from all over the country for an article (which probably won't air because of the developments).  The picture of them all together is frightening.  Not one-off events but dozens, with the participation of hundreds and thousands, in all the cities involved and on the roads near Arab localities.  Stone throwing, arson, vandalism of property as well as attempted lynching.  In Europe it was called a pogrom.

Muslim mobs attacked Jewish targets in the city of Lod on Monday night, in an apparent show of solidarity with Hamas in the Gaza Strip, leaving behind scenes reminiscent of Nazi Germany in the 1930s.

As part of the attacks, the rioters pillaged synagogues, ransacked the houses of prayer and desecrated the Torah scrolls. In addition, they attacked Jewish schools in the city...

Mayor of Lod  Yair Revivo stated Tuesday that it was a "sad morning for all of us in Lod, 70 years of coexistence a were trampled on by Arabs in a series of pogroms, vandalism...While it is not at all clear where this came from at all, there was nothing that justified such severe acts of hatred," he said.

I got a call from Ramla.  Jewish residents in the neighborhood with a majority of Arabs report panic on the street.  There are no police on the horizon and they are unable to call.  Asked me to tweet maybe someone would hear.

ההתחממות בשכונת שייח ג'ראח עולה שלב: אתמול (חמישי) הציתו פורעים ערבים, את רכבו של אחד מתושבי שכונת המריבה, שהפכה לסוערת בימים האחרונים, בעל הדירה והרכב, טל יושובייב, שוחח עם 'בחדרי חרדים', וקרא למשטרה לבדוק את עצמה.

"אני גר פה למעלה משנה וחצי, עם אשתי ובן שלי בן ה-8 חודשים", שיתף וסיפר את השתלשלות האירוע, "פתאום קיבלתי הרבה מאוד אבנים. התקשרתי למשטרה 4-5 פעמים, ואחרי עשר דקות התקשרתי לחברים שלי שיבואו להציל אותי".

הוא המשיך לתאר בפני 'בחדרי חרדים': "אני רואה את הרכב עולה באש, ואבנים שנזרקים לבית. אני רק מנסה לדמיין מה היה קורה אם היו מציתים לא רק את הרכב אלא את הבית, שהבן שלי ישן בו".

"לקח למשטרה 40 דקות לפחות להגיע. התקשרתי למפקד התחנה, שיש לי את המספר האישי שלו, הוא לא עונה. הוא יודע שאני גר פה - לא עונה לי", הוסיף.

הוא קורא למשטרה לבדוק את עצמה: "אני חושב שהמשטרה צריכה לעשות פה בדק בית. 40 דקות אחרי שהיא באה לפה, דוחפת את כל היהודים פנימה, ולוקח לה זמן עד שהיא מטפלת בערבים".

"אפשר לראות ערבים בחוץ ויהודים שמפחדים ללכת פה. אנחנו נמצאים במרכז ירושלים, בעיר הבירה של מדינת ישראל, יש לנו ריבונות או שאין לנו ריבונות?", סיכם בשאלה.

כאמור בימים האחרונים שכונת שיח ג'ראח שבמזרח ירושלים מתחממת, זאת בעקבות רצונה של המדינה לפנות ערבים מבתיהם, באופן חוקי, לטובת יהודים שהם בעלי המקום. הצעירים הערבים מתעמתים בימים האחרונים עם השוטרים, אך היהודים באזור טוענים כי הם סובלים וחוששים לחייהם.

The warming in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood is escalating: Yesterday (Thursday) Arab rioters set fire to the car of one of the residents of the quarrelsome neighborhood, which has become turbulent in recent days.

"I have lived here for over a year and a half, with my wife and my 8-month-old son," he shared, recounting the chain of events. "I suddenly got a lot of stones. I called the police 4-5 times, and after ten minutes I called my friends to come and save me."

 He went on to describe to me 'in the Haredi rooms': "I see the vehicle on fire, and stones being thrown at the house. I am just trying to imagine what would have happened if they had set fire not only to the vehicle but to the house where my son slept."

"It took the police at least 40 minutes to get there. I called the station commander, who I have his personal number, he does not answer. He knows I live here - does not answer me," he added.

He calls on the police to check themselves: "I think the police should do an introspection here. 40 minutes after she comes here, pushes all the Jews in, and it takes her time to take care of the Arabs."

"You can see Arabs outside and Jews who are afraid to go here. We are in the center of Jerusalem, in the capital of the State of Israel, do we have sovereignty or do we not have sovereignty?", He concluded in a question.

A particularly violent week in the capital: with the beginning of the month of Ramadan and the closing of the stairs at the Nablus Gate, riots take place in Jerusalem almost every evening.  Focus: Nablus Gate.  Young Arabs ... throwing stones and bottles, firing fireworks at the security forces and causing damage to vehicles - civilian and police ... The events usually take place at the end of the evening prayer time on the Temple Mount.  To date, 50 suspects have been arrested or detained for questioning.

Some of the recent attacks

For example, one of them shows Arabs harassing and beating an ultra-Orthodox cyclist who passed by.  At the same time, in the past week, Jerusalem has also witnessed harassment, mainly against the ultra-Orthodox in the city.  Among other things, there is a new phenomenon in which young Arabs document themselves harassing ultra-Orthodox youths and uploading the videos to Tiktok.

A new worrying trend appears to be gaining momentum among Arab youths in Jerusalem, who videotape themselves harassing ultra-Orthodox Jews in the capital as a "challenge", which they then upload to the social media platform TikTok.

Violence in the Arab sector in Jerusalem has escalated since the start of the holy month of Ramadan. On a daily basis, young Palestinians clash with police and harass Jewish bypassers, the latter becoming a social media phenomenon of its own.

One of the victims is 15-year-old Yedidia Epstein, who said he was pushed, beaten and slapped in the middle of a busy street in Jerusalem, in front of several police officers.

"I was filming near the Damascus Gate and at some point, Arab youth came up me and hit me," Epstein told Ynet. “He slammed me hard into the ground and my camera fell. I started running away ... it all happened in front of the eyes of the cops, who were there."

Epstein said he did not provoke the attack in any way - as was the case with other similar incidents in recent days...

The first known video of the disturbing trend shows a young Arab man slapping a yeshiva student on the light rail. 

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in the incident - two of them on Tuesday - including the main suspect, a 17-year-old teen from the Shuafat neighborhood in Jerusalem.

Other videos show Arabs throwing stones and spraying tear gas at ultra-Orthodox people. Some videos also show a group of young Arabs harassing and threatening two ultra-Orthodox youths.

Since the start of disturbances last week, at least 50 Palestinians have been arrested.

לנוכח התופעה המזוויעה בה ערבים מתעדים עצמם מכים, משפילים ומבזים יהודים, ועוד מעזים להעלות לרשתות ובפנים גלויות, עומד העם היהודי שמוט לסת. "משטרת ישראל חייבת לעצור את טרור הטיקטוק", זעקו השבוע יהודים מעל גלי הרשת. הסרטונים בטיקטוק הם קצה קרחון עצוב ומזעזע במיוחד, שמתאר בתמצית את אובדן הריבונות וההרתעה של עם ישראל בארצו.

סרטונים כאלה, בהם יהודי חוטף סטירה ברכבת, סלע לראש או בעיטה בבטן, כשהוא הולך בתמימות ברחובות לוד או ירושלים, מזכירים לנו מראות שאנו מעדיפים כבר לשכוח. דווקא עכשיו זה זמן טוב שמר יאיר גולן יקום ויזהה תהליכים.

כשאנו נאלצים לצפות במעשה אנטישמי ובטננו מתכווצת, אנחנו צריכים להודות לאויב הערבי שעושה איתנו חסד ומטיח לנו את האמת בפנים. כי האמת עצובה וקשה שבעתיים: אירועים מעין אלה, בהם יהודים חוטפים מכות ומושפלים בחוצות העיר, מתרחשים מדי יום ביומו. זוהי השגרה בשכונות שונות בירושלים, ביפו, ברמלה, בלוד ובנצרת כמו גם בגליל העליון ובדרום הפרוע.

יהודים חווים מדי יום פיגועים אנטישמים משפילים, אך לרוע מזלם האויב לא טורח לתעד ולהעלות לרשת. כמעט בכל המקרים הפוגעים לא עומדים לדין. גם כאשר מוגשת תלונה במשטרה, היא נסגרת תוך שעות ספורות מחוסר עניין לציבור ומחוסר חשק לקום מהכיסא ולפתוח מצלמות. במשטרה תוהים, בשביל מה לחפש את הפורעים? הרי ממילא כולם יודעים שבית המשפט ישחרר אותם תוך שעה.

התופעה הזו צוברת תאוצה עם השנים, וככל שמערכות המדינה מתעלמות, מטייחות וטומנות את הראש בחול, כך היא הולכת ומתעצמת...

In the face of the horrific phenomenon in which Arabs document themselves beating, humiliating and humiliating Jews, and even daring to upload to the networks and with open faces, the Jewish people are on their toes.  "The Israeli police must stop the tiktok terror," Jews shouted this week over the Internet.  The videos in Tiktok are the tip of a particularly sad and shocking glacier, which summarizes the loss of sovereignty and deterrence of the people of Israel in their country.

When we are forced to watch an antisemitic act and our stomachs shrink, we need to thank the Arab enemy who does us a favor and slaps us with the truth inside.  Because the truth is twice as sad and difficult: such incidents, in which Jews are beaten and humiliated on the streets of the city, take place every day.  This is a routine in various neighborhoods in Jerusalem, Jaffa, Ramla, Lod and Nazareth as well as in the Upper Galilee and the Wild South.

Jews experience humiliating antisemitic attacks every day, but unfortunately the enemy does not bother to document and upload them to the Internet.  In almost all cases the offenders are not prosecuted.  Even when a complaint is filed with the police, it is closed within a few hours due to lack of public interest and lack of desire to get up from the chair and open cameras.  The police are wondering, why search for the rioters?  After all, everyone knows that the court will release them within an hour.

This phenomenon is gaining momentum over the years, and as the state systems ignore, plaster and bury their heads in the sand, it intensifies ...

מיד אחר כך, השופך ושני חבריו פורצים בצחוק, ונמלטים מהאזור.

לפני זמן קצר המשטרה כאמור עדכנה: "לוחמי משמר הגבול של משטרת ישראל ושוטרי מחוז ירושלים עצרו את החשוד במעשה, כשהוא בביתה של סבתו בשכונת עיסאוויה שבמזרח העיר".

זאת ועוד: "מיד לאחר האירוע, עצרו כוחות מג"ב המוצבים בגזרת שער שכם שניים מהחשודים, שככל הנראה לקחו חלק באירוע ותיעדו אותו, וכך כבר היום נסגר המעגל וגם החשוד המרכזי נעצר".

Quick arrest: A young Arab man who today (Monday) poured a cup of boiling coffee on a passing Jew, in the Old City of Jerusalem, was arrested by border police.

In the incident, which the attacker's friends documented for publication in Tiktok, he was seen passing by a Jew at the Nablus Gate, sat back, clung to him and poured on him a cup of coffee.

Immediately afterwards, the pourer and his two friends burst out laughing, and flee the area.

The police recently updated: "Border Police fighters of the Israel Police and Jerusalem District Police arrested the suspect in the act, while he was at his grandmother's house in the Issawiya neighborhood in the east of the city."

Moreover: "Immediately after the incident, border guards stationed in the Nablus Gate sector arrested two of the suspects, who apparently took part in the incident and documented it, and thus the circle was closed today and the main suspect was arrested."

NEW TREND? Arabs Attack Chareidim And Post Videos On TikTok

Following the incident in which a 14-year-old yeshivah bochur was slapped on the face by an Arab on the Jerusalem light rail, there have been several additional incidents of Chareidim being attacked or harassed by Arabs, with some of the incidents documented by the Arabs involved and posted on TikTok.

Over the weekend, Israel Police arrested a resident of east Jerusalem who threw a Chareidi man to the ground, later posting a video of the incident on TikTok and other social media platforms.

Another video posted on TikTok show Arabs throwing rocks at a Chareidi man on Friday night by Sha’ar Shechem, leaving the man with bleeding wounds.

Yet another video shows Arabs harassing yeshivah bochurim by knocking down their hats from their heads.

On Motzei Shabbos, Arabs threw stones at the #3 bus to the Kosel, shattering a window.

Also, following yet another incident, police arrested two Arabs who violently attacked and robbed two yeshivah bochurim at the Neve Yaakov intersection on Thursday night.

The flipping of the nationalist, racist and anti-Semitic motives was very rapid.  Too fast.  Because in the story of the two attackers, members of the Garbua family, there is a lot of art and hatred of Jews...

From conversations I had with Jewish residents in Jaffa who experienced harassment from their Arab neighbors, it turns out that this is not the first time that one of the brothers, Ahmad Garbua, has harassed someone who he saw as a Jew....

Jews in Jaffa, mostly religious, experience violence and anti-Semitism every week that includes beatings and harassment.  The Israeli police act and stop attackers in case of a complaint, but the atmosphere among the authorities (court, municipality and also the police), quite a few locals tell me, is to sweep under the rug the nationalist and racist issue.  When Arab boys beat a yeshiva student just like that on a clear day, it is a "brawl," with no nationalist or racist background, just a local criminal incident.  These incidents are not reported or defined, neither by state authorities nor by the media, as hate crimes as is customary in 

....  But everyone knows and understands that the motive is a great hatred for the presence of Jews in these places.

But what makes the dance of righteousness and inclusion of the left particularly embarrassing are the publications over the years of Ahmad Garbua in which he is revealed as one who is not ashamed to spread anti-Semitism, hatred of Jews and much to Palestinian art.  Not a neighbors' conflict but a national-religious struggle in which it is expressed that the Jews are "the sons of the monkeys and the pigs" and shows great enthusiasm from people like Adolf Hitler, Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein...

שני הפלסטינים שהסתובבו בכותל המערבי, פרסמו את התיעוד ביוטיוב, אך לאחר פרסום התיעוד על ידי עומרי חיים כתב בדסק הערבי בכאן 11, הסרטון נעלם מחשבון היוטיוב שלהם. ‏"נכנסנו למקום המסוכן ביותר שכבשו היהודים!" זו הכותרת שנתן הבלוגר הערבי המזרח ירושלמי, סאלח זירארי, לסרטון בן 9 דקות שהעלה לעמוד היוטיוב שלו ובו תעד את עצמו ואת חברו מסיירים ברחבת הכותל. מתיאור "חוויותיו" במקום: "אלה, המתנחלים, מריחים את הריח שלהם ממרחק אלף ק"מ".

‏בעקבות פרסום הסרטון ב'כאן חדשות', שבו הובאו התבטאויותיו הגזעניות של הבלוגר הערבי-ירושלמי סאלח זירארי נגד יהודים שמתפללים בכותל המערבי, פנה ארגון "בצלמו" ליועמ"ש בדרישה לפתוח בחקירת המקרה ולהעמיד את יוצר הסרטון לדין "בעבירת גזענות ועל ניסיון פגיעה ברגשות דת".

בפניה נאמר: בלוגר ערבי שהינו כוכב רשת תושב מזרח ירושלים בשם סאלח זירארי שבוחר להגיע לכותל המערבי ולפגוע בעם היהודי. במהלך סיורו בכותל הוא מעלה סרטון שידור לייב ללמעלה ממאה אלף עוקביו בו הוא נשמע אומר ואני מצטט "אלה, המתנחלים, מריחים את הריח שלהם ממרחק אלף ק"מ".

עוד נאמר בפניה: הבלוגר אומר בסרטון, ".. ממשיך ומציין "הם לא אנשים", לאחר מכן הוא מציין "עזוב לא משנה" וממשיך "אני לא רוצה שיוטיוב יסיר לנו את הסרטון בגלל מילים לא נאותות או קללות"

הסרטון עלה ליוטיוב וזכה ללמעלה ממאה אלף צפיות, בנוסף הוא רומז שהיהודים אלימים ומציין שהם נכנסו למקום המסוכן ביותר לפלסטינים. תוך שהכוונה כמובן שהמתפללים יכולים לפגוע בו.

עוד נכתב בפניה, כי אין כל ספק שלו יהודי היה עולה להר הבית ומעלה סרטון שלו למאות אלפי עוקבים בו הוא מציין שהערבים הם לא בני אדם הייתה מתחוללת סערה רבתי.

אני קורא לך לפתוח מידית בחקירת המקרה ולהעמידו לדין בעבירת גזענות וכן על ניסיון פגיעה ברגשות דת. אציין שמרשי אף הגיש תלונה במשטרה אולם כידוע לא ניתן לפתוח בחקירה בחשד לגזענות ללא אישורכם ולכן אודה לבדיקת העניין בהקדם והנחייה למשטרה לפתוח בחקירת המקרה.

Watch the young Arab at the Western Wall

Against the background of recent documentation showing Palestinians behaving violently and racistly against ultra-Orthodox people on the streets of Jerusalem, very disturbing documentation was recently published from the Western Wall.

The two Palestinians who walked around the Western Wall posted the documentation on YouTube, but after the publication of the documentation by Omri Haim wrote in the Arab desk here 11, the video disappeared from their YouTube account.  "We have entered the most dangerous place occupied by the Jews!"  This is the title given by the East Jerusalem Arab blogger, Saleh Zirari, to a 9-minute video he uploaded to his YouTube page in which he documented himself and his friend touring the Western Wall plaza.  From the description of his "experiences" in the place: "These, the settlers, smell their scent from a thousand kilometers away."

Following the publication of the video in Here News, in which the racist remarks of the Arab-Jerusalem blogger Saleh Zirari against Jews praying at the Western Wall were presented, B'Tselem turned to the ombudsman to open an investigation into the case and prosecute the creator of the video for racism and attempted harm.  In feelings of religion. "

In her face it was said: An Arab blogger who is a network star living in East Jerusalem named Saleh Zirari who chooses to come to the Western Wall and harm the Jewish people.  During his tour of the Western Wall, he uploads a live video to more than one hundred thousand of his followers in which he is heard saying and I quote "These, the settlers, smell their scent from a thousand kilometers away."

The video was uploaded to YouTube and received over a hundred thousand views, in addition it hints that the Jews are violent and indicates that they entered the most dangerous place for the Palestinians.  With the intention of course that the worshipers can harm him.

It was also written in her face that there is no doubt that a Jew would go up to the Temple Mount and upload a video of himself to hundreds of thousands of followers in which he states that the Arabs are not human, a great storm would break out.

I urge you to immediately open an investigation into the case and prosecute him for racism as well as for attempting to harm religious sentiments.  I will note that my client even filed a complaint with the police, but as is well known, it is not possible to open an investigation on suspicion of racism without your approval, so I would appreciate the investigation as soon as possible and instructions for the police to open an investigation.

רמזי, תושב ירושלים בן 18, מואשם בגין תקיפה הגורמת חבלה ממשית מתוך מניע של גזענות או עוינות כלפי ציבור ותקיפה סתם מתוך מניע של גזענות או עוינות כלפי ציבור. כתב האישום מגולל מסכת אלימות קשה כלפי החרדי שהותקף.

על פי כתב האישום, בתאריך, 22.4.21 בשעות הערב, צעד הנאשם יחד עם חבריו בגשר המוביל מכיכר צה"ל לשער יפו בירה. אז, הנאשם הבחין במ', ובאדם נוסף שהינם בעלי חזות יהודית-חרדית הולכים מולו בגשר.

בתוך כך, כלך לפי כתב האישום, גמלה בלבו של הנאשם החלטה לתקוף יהודים בשל מוצאם או דתם. הנאשם ניגש לאחד מהם ובעט במפתיע במותנו בעוצמה. מעוצמת הבעיטה נהדף על גדר נמוכה ונפל מעברה השני על פניו.

מיד לאחר מכן, המשיך הנאשם בהליכה לאורך הגשר, ניגש לעבר מ' וסטר לו בעוצמה על לחיו, וכתוצאה מכך הופלה כיפתו של מ' מעבר לגשר. בעוד מ' מתרחק מהנאשם ומתכופף להרים את הכיפה, נזרק לעברו חפץ ע"י אדם אחר ומ' החל להימלט מהמקום.

Ramzi, an 18-year-old Jerusalem resident, is charged with assault causing actual bodily harm out of a motive of racism or hostility towards the public and assault simply out of a motive of racism or hostility towards the public.  The indictment reveals a mask of severe violence against the ultra-Orthodox who was attacked.

According to the indictment, on April 22, 21 in the evening, the defendant walked with his friends on the bridge leading from the IDF Square to the Jaffa Beer Gate.

Meanwhile, according to the indictment, a decision was made in the defendant's heart to attack Jews because of their origin or religion.  Defendant approached one of them and unexpectedly kicked us to death with force.  The force of the kick was repelled on a low fence and fell on the other side of it.

Immediately afterwards, the defendant continued to walk along the bridge, approached M. and slapped him hard on the cheek, resulting in M.'s kippah being thrown over the bridge.  While M. moves away from the defendant and bends down to lift the kippah, an object is thrown at him by another person and M. begins to flee the scene.

According to the indictment, part of the assault incident was filmed by the defendant's friend ...

על פי כתב האישום, המתלונן וחברו צעדו ברחוב ובינם לבין הנאשם לא הייתה כל אינטראקציה "לפתע מתוך איבה ועוינות כלפי המתלונן וחברו בשל היותם יהודים, יידה הנאשם לעברם 3 פעמים חפץ קטן בגדול גולה שהיה בידו" נכתב בכתב האישום.

המתלונן נפגע באזור העורף והכתף וסבל מכאבים, בגין מעשה זה מואשם הערבי בתקיפה ממניע גזעני. לאחר אירוע התקיפה פנה המתלונן באמצעות ארגון חוננו למשטרה בטענה כי מדובר באירוע משפיל וחמור ועל המשטרה לפתוח בחקירה ולתפוס את החשוד.

An indictment has been filed against an Arab from Jerusalem for racially motivated assault

 An indictment was filed by the Jerusalem District Attorney's Office last month against an Arab resident of the east of the city who attacked an ultra-Orthodox guy on Sderot Yerushalayim Street about a year and a half ago.

 According to the indictment, the complainant and his friend walked down the street and there was no interaction between them and the defendant "suddenly out of hostility and hostility towards the complainant and his friend due to being Jewish, the defendant threw at them 3 times a small object in his hand" was written in the indictment.

 The complainant was injured in the back and shoulder area and suffered pain, for this act the Arab is accused of racist assault.  After the assault incident, the complainant, through a gifted organization, contacted the police, claiming that it was a humiliating and serious incident and that the police should open an investigation and arrest the suspect.

Two 19-year-olds from Jerusalem were charged with assaulting a Jewish-Haredi-looking man in the Old City, four days ago.  According to the indictment, the assault was carried out without any provocation and racist motive.  The state wanted to extend their detention, among other things, due to their criminal past - one was convicted of rioting, the other was convicted of rioting and attempted assault of police officers.

עו"ד חיים בלייכר אשר ייצג את נפגע העבירה מטעם ארגון חוננו תמה על החלטת השופט: "מדוע הנאשם לא הואשם באירוע גזעני? הרי ברור שהוא זרק את הבקבוק על הבחור בשל שנאתו ליהודים".

"נדהמו לקבל את הסדר הטיעון שמוציא את הנאשם ללא עונש משמעותי", הוסיף בלייכר,  "מחקו מכתב האישום את זריקת הבקבוק והחליטו שנזרק חפץ ולא ציינו שהמתלונן נפצע. הנאשם גם לא הואשם במניע גזעני ולבסוף גם לא קיבל עונש. לא ברור לנו מדוע באו לקראת הנאשם במידה כה רבה, אנו חושבים שהתנהלות כזו פוגעת בהרתעה ומעודדת פשיעה גזענית".

ערבים תקפו שני צעירים חרדים שהגיעו לטבול במעין בעיר דוד, אולם למרות סרטוני מצלמות האבטחה במקום התיק נסגר. לאחר שעו"ד חיים בלייכר מארגון חוננו הגיש ערר וביקש לפתוח את החקירה מחדש, התיק נפתח.

התקיפה אירעה בקיץ שעבר, כאשר נ' וש', שני בחורי ישיבה, עלו מטבילה במעין השילוח לכיוון הכותל. סמוך למרכז המבקרים של 'עיר דוד' עמדה חבורה של ערבים, שהחלו לתקוף את הבחורים ולהכותם.

הראשון שהותקף על ידי חברי הקבוצה היה נ'. כאשר שאל ש' את התוקפים לסיבת תקיפת חברו רץ לעברו אחד מהערבים, דחף אותו והדף אותו בעוצמה רבה. לאחר מספר רגעים הצליח נ' להימלט מהתוקפים ורץ להזעיק את עזרתם של מאבטחים ששהו באותה העת בעמדה סמוכה.

גם ש' הצליח להימלט מתוקפיו, תוך שהם מקללים אותו ומחווים לעברו סימנים מגונים. חבורת הערבים הסתערה עליו כאשר אחד מהם ובעט בעוצמה רבה בבטנו. לאחר מכן ערבי נוסף היכה את ש' בפניו ושבר את משקפיו. 

לפי הכתוב בערר, המאבטחים שהיו במקום ראו את המתרחש והרחיקו מעט את התוקפים הערבים לאחר התקיפה, אך לא נתנו מענה ראוי למתלוננים, אשר נאלצו לברוח לכיוון הכותל ולהזעיק את המשטרה. כוח המשטרה שהגיע למקום חקר את המאבטחים שאמרו בעדותם, לאחר שלא נמצאו חשודים נמלטים מהמקום, כי "מדובר במשפחה שגרה מול עיר דוד".

יש לציין כי התיק נסגר, למרבה הפלא, למרות מצלמות אבטחה הקיימות באזור ומאבטחים שהיו עדים לתקיפה. כעת, לאחר שעו"ד חיים בלייכר מארגון חוננו הגיש ערר וביקש לפתוח את החקירה מחדש, נפתח התיק. 

במכתבו תקף עו"ד בלייכר את ההחלטה לסגור את התיק "האירוע תועד משתי מצלמות וכך גם פרצופיהם של התוקפים, בנוסף נכחו במקום מאבטחים שאם היתה נגבית מהם עדות היו יודעים לזהות את התוקפים, אך המשטרה בחרה באופן תמוה ביותר לסגור את תיק התקיפה החמור בגין 'עבריין לא נודע'.

מן הדין ומן הצדק ולטובת ביטחון אזרחי ישראל, אבקש לפתוח את תיק החקירה מחדש, לאתר את הפורעים ולהעמידם לדין, בגין תקיפה בנסיבות מחמירות על רקע גזעני". כאמור, לאחרונה נפתח התיק מחדש". 

בתגובה לפתיחת התיק מחדש מסר עו"ד חיים בלייכר מארגון חוננו כי "מדובר בתקיפה אנטישמית מובהקת ומתועדת. התוקפים האנטישמים האלו מסתובבים חופשי בשל כשלים בחקירה, זאת  חרף התיעוד והעדים.

רק לאחרונה היינו עדים בחברון למצוד נרחב של עשרות שוטרים ובלשים ומעצרים משולחי רסן כנגד קטינים שנחשדו כמעורבים בקטטה שתועדה. היכן הם אנשי החוק כאשר מדובר בתקיפות אנטישמיות קשות נגד יהודים?"

Jun 22, 2020 - The investigation case against the Arabs documenting Jewish attackers in Jerusalem is reopened.

Arabs attacked two ultra-Orthodox youths who had come to take a dip in Maayan in the City of David, but despite security camera footage at the scene, the case was closed.  After Adv. Haim Bleicher of the Honno organization filed an appeal and asked to reopen the investigation, the case was opened.

The attack took place last summer, when N. and S., two yeshiva students, came up from a baptism in a kind of transport towards the Western Wall.  Near the visitors' center of the City of David stood a group of Arabs, who began to attack and beat the boys.

The first to be attacked by group members was N.  When S. asked the attackers the reason for attacking his friend, one of the Arabs ran towards him, pushed him and pushed him away with great force.  After a few moments, N. managed to escape from the attackers and ran to call for the help of security guards who were at a nearby position at the time.

S. also managed to escape from his attackers, cursing him and gesturing obscene signs at him.  A group of Arabs attacked him when one of them kicked him hard in the stomach.  Then another Arab hit S. in the face and broke his glasses.

According to the appeal, the security guards who were at the scene saw what was happening and kept the Arab attackers away a bit after the attack, but did not give a proper answer to the complainants, who were forced to flee towards the Western Wall and call the police.  A police force that arrived at the scene questioned the security guards who testified, after no suspects were found fleeing the scene, that "this is a family living in front of the City of David."

It should be noted that the case was closed, oddly enough, despite existing security cameras in the area and security guards who witnessed the attack.  Now, after Adv. Haim Bleicher of the Honunu organization filed an appeal and asked to reopen the investigation, the case was opened.

In his letter, Advocate Bleicher attacked the decision to close the case. "The incident was documented from two cameras and so were the attackers' faces.  Unknown criminal'.

"For the sake of justice and for the sake of the security of the citizens of Israel, I will seek to reopen the investigation file, locate the rioters and prosecute them, for assault in aggravated circumstances on racial grounds."

In response to the reopening of the case, Adv. Haim Bleicher of the Honenu  organization stated that "this is a clear and documented antisemitic attack.  These antisemitic attackers roam free due to failures in the investigation, despite the documentation and witnesses.

Only recently have we witnessed in Hebron an extensive manhunt for dozens of police and detectives and restrained arrests against minors suspected of being involved in a documented brawl.  Where are the law enforcers when it comes to severe antisemitic attacks against Jews? "

שוב ערבים תוקפים יהודים בלוד על רקע לאומני.

בפוסט שפרסם אמש בפייסבוק, תיאר ליאור ברדוגו, תושב העיר, כיצד תקפו ערבים את בנו וחבריו בהכנות לאירועי ל"ג בעומר.

"הלאומנות והאלימות בלוד מרימה ראש", כתב ברדוגו. "אתמול בערב (ולא בפעם הראשונה) התרחש אירוע לאומנות ואלימות כלפי בני יקירי ובני הכיתה שלו וזה כאשר היו בהכנות לאירועי ל"ג בעומר.

הם הותקפו ע"י בני מיעוטים (אינני בטוח שהם מיעוט) בבקבוקי זכוכית שהיו מלאים בברזל ואולי מסמרים ולא חסכו באבנים וקללות.

אחד הילדים נפגע בגופו וכלל הילדים בנפשם, לילה ארוך ללא שינה, שיחות נפש וניסיון לתת שקט לפחדים שלי לא זכורים כילד בעיר האהובה שלי לוד".

בעקבות האירוע נערכה ישיבה בעירייה אליה הגיעו חלק מהילדים וכן מפקד תחנת המשטרה בעיר.

"מצד אחד, אני מבקש להודות בראש ובראשונה לאיש המיוחד, הקשוב והרגיש סגן ראש העיר מר יוסי הרוש (מחזיק תיק הביטחון ויו״ר ועדת הביטחון) ולצידו מנכל העירייה אהרון אטיאס, מפקד התחנה וראש העיר על השיחה הבוקר והניסיון לתת ביטחון לילדים.

ומצד שני, אני אומר לכם ולנו, די!!!!!! תחושת חוסר הביטחון של תושבי העיר והילדים בפרט חייבת להיפסק ומייד. חשוב לי היה לשתף ולצעוק לפעולה שתבוא מכולנו. בואו נחזיר את הביטחון שהיתה לנו בעיר בשנות ה80 וה90."

לא מדובר באירוע בודד, ותושבי לוד מדווחים לא פעם על אירועי פשיעה, ירי חופשי וגם תקיפות לאומניות מובהקות.

 Again Arabs attack Jews in Lod on nationalist grounds.

 In a post he posted last night on Facebook, Lior Bardugo, a resident of the city, described how Arabs attacked his son and his friends in preparation for the Lag B'Omer events.

 "Nationalism and violence in Lod are raising their heads," Bardugo wrote.  "Last night (and not for the first time) there was an event for art and violence against my loved ones and his classmates and that was when they were preparing for the Lag B'Omer events.

 They were attacked by members of minorities (I am not sure they are a minority) in glass bottles that were filled with iron and possibly nails and did not spare stones and curses.

 "One of the children was injured and all the children were killed, a long night without sleep, mental conversations and an attempt to give peace to my fears are not remembered as a child in my beloved city of Lod."

 Following the incident, a meeting was held at the municipality where some of the children and the commander of the police station in the city came.

 "On the one hand, I would like to thank first and foremost the special, attentive and sensitive man Deputy Mayor Mr. Yossi Harush (defense portfolio holder and chairman of the defense committee) and alongside him Mayor Aaron Atias, station commander and mayor for the morning talk and attempt to give children security.

 And on the other hand, I tell you and us, enough !!!!!!  The feeling of insecurity of the residents of the city and the children in particular must stop immediately.  It was important to me to share and shout for action that would come from all of us.  Let's restore the security we had in the city in the 1980s and 1990s. "

 This is not an isolated incident, and residents of Lod often report criminal incidents, free shootings and even significant nationalist attacks.

Nov 7, 2017 — ערבי מושעפט פרץ לדירות בבנייה בפסגת זאב והשחית אותן כנקמה על כך ששני אחיו יושבים בכלא.

המשטרה הודיעה שהגישה הצהרת תובע כנגד ערבי כבן 32 משועפט בחשד שפרץ לבניינים בבנייה בפסגת זאב וגרם להם נזק של עשרות אלפי שקלים, והכל נעשה ממניע גזעני.

על פי הודעת המשטרה, הוגשה תלונה לפיה במספר בניינים סמוכים בשכונת פסגת זאב, הנמצאים בשלבי בנייה מתקדמים, נגרם נזק משמעותי לעשרות דירות הכולל פגיעה ושבירת כלים סניטריים ומוצרי חשמל. הנזק נאמד בעשרות אלפי שקלים.

החשוד שנעצר ובחיפוש בביתו נמצאו דגלי חמאס, הכחיש בתחילה את המעשים אך לאחר מכן הודה וטען כי מזה זמן מה הוא מתכנן לפגוע ביהודים ולגרום להם נזק על רקע מצבו האישי והמשפחתי, וכן על כך ששני אחיו מרצים עונשי מאסר בכלא בגין עבירות הפרות סדר בגינן הורשעו על ידי בית המשפט.

על פי דבריו הוא פרץ לעשרות דירות שטרם אוכלסו וגרם להם נזק כבד, כמו כן הוא אף תכנן לפגוע באנשי כוחות הביטחון.

מעצרו של החשוד הוארך עד ליום שישי הקרוב, אז צפוי להיות מוגש כנגדו כתב אישום בעבירות של התפרצות וגניבה ממניע גזעני.

An Arab is suspected of causing damage to dozens of apartments under construction for racist motives • The Jewish Voice

Nov 7, 2017 - A suspected Arab broke into apartments under construction in Pisgat Ze'ev and vandalized them in retaliation for his two brothers being imprisoned.

The police announced that they had filed a prosecutor's statement against a 32-year-old Arab who was accused of breaking into buildings under construction in Pisgat Ze'ev and causing them tens of thousands of shekels in damage, all for racist reasons.

According to the police statement, a complaint was filed according to which in a number of nearby buildings in the Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood, which are in advanced stages of construction, significant damage was caused to dozens of apartments, including damage and breakage of sanitary ware and electrical products.  The damage is estimated at tens of thousands of shekels.

 The suspect who was arrested and during a search of his home found Hamas flags, initially denied the acts but later admitted that he had been planning to harm Jews and harm them for some time due to his personal and family situation, and that his two brothers were serving prison sentences for disorderly conduct.  By the court.

 He said he broke into dozens of unoccupied apartments and caused them heavy damage, and he also planned to harm the security forces.

בעקבות סקר צמח ושקר ברקאי: קצת נתונים על הגזענות ההדדית היהודית-ערבית

כפי שאפשר לראות בגרף שלמעלה, שיעור הגזענות הגבוה ביותר בציבור היהודי – נגד משפחה ערבית שתגור בשכנותם – מגיע ל-46%. ואילו ששיעור הגזענות הנמוך ביותר בציבור הערבי – נגד משפחה של עובדים זרים – הוא 48%.  מכאן שאפשר לומר ששיעור הגזענות הגבוה ביותר בציבור היהודי, הוא נמוך יותר משיעור הגזענות הנמוך ביותר בציבור הערבי. כלומר, היהודי הכי גזעני, הוא פחות גזעני מהערבי הכי נאור. וכמו כן: לעומת 46% של יהודים המתנגדים לשכנים ערבים, 50% מהערבים מתנגדים למשפחה יהודית בשכנותם.  תוצאה הגרועה ב-8.5% מהגזענות האנטי-ערבית במגזר היהודי. ואילו האחוזים המצטברים של הגזענות הערבית – 573%, גבוהים פי 2.37 מאחוזי הגזענות המצטברים באוכלוסיה היהודית – 237%.  מה שאומר, כפי שכבר ציינתי, ששיעור הגזענות בציבור היהודי הוא כמחצית ופחות מזה לעומת הגזענות בציבור הערבי שלנו.

אבל לעולם לא תמצאו "עיתונאי" מסוגו של ברקאי מאשים את הערבים בגזענות חמורה (פי 2-3 מהיהודים הנוראים, שוחרי האפרטהייד, הפאשיסטים, היודו-נאצים!). בעניין הגזענות הערבית, אם הנקודה לא תצונזר כליל (כמו הבוקר), תשמעו תמיד שורה ארוכה של הצדקות סוציו-אקונומיות, אנתרופו-אוריינטליסטיות, פוסט-קולוניאליסטיות וכן הלאה, שכמובן אינן תקפות לגבי היהודים שהם רעים מטיבעם, כפי שיודע כל אנטישמי האמון על הפרוטוקולים של זקני ציון, כולל אנטישמים יהודים.

...the highest rate of racism in the J public - against an Arab family living in their neighborhood - reaches 46%. Whereas the lowest rate of racism in the Arab public - against a family of foreign workers - is 48%. As for Arab racism, if the point is not completely censored (like this morning), you will always hear a long line of socio-economic, anthropo-orientalist, post-colonialist justifications and so on, which of course are not valid for Jews who are inherently bad, as any anti-Semitic trustee knows Of the Elders of Zion, including Jewish anti-Semites.

ערבי תושב ירושלים יפצה יהודי שתקף ב-13 אלף שקלים, כולל שכר טרחת עו"ד והוצאות המשפט, זאת בהתאם להסכם פשרה שנחתם לאחרונה בין השניים.

הערבי הודה בעבר במיוחס לו במסגרת עסקת טיעון שלא כללה פיצוי למותקף עצמו, וכעת לאחר שהאחרון הגיש תביעה נגדו, חתמו על הסכם הפשרה.

האירוע התרחש לפני שבע שנים בעיר דוד בירושלים, שם החנה התובע את רכבו. כשיצא ממנו הבחין בו התוקף והחל לצעוק לעברו "אסור ליהודים להחנות כאן" ו"תעיף את האוטו". התובע סירב להזיז את רכבו והחל לעשות את דרכו לעבר מקום עבודתו בעיר העתיקה. בתגובה איים לעברו התוקף "אין בעיה, תשאיר את האוטו, לא יהיה לך אוטו!".

בתגובה לאיומים המפורשים, חזר התובע לאחור וצילם את התוקף במכשיר הטלפון שלו. בעקבות כך התנפל עליו התוקף, דחף אותו והיכה אותו בפניו עד שמשקפיו נשברו וחולצתו נקרעה. כמו כן, נפצע התובע ונחבל בפניו, בחזהו ובמצחו.

התובע פנה מיד אל תחנת המשטרה של מרחב דוד בירושלים, הגיש תלונה כנגד התוקף והעביר למשטרה את כל החומרים שצילם, וכן צולם עם החבלות והפציעות מהאירוע. כאשר חזר התובע לרכבו בחנייה בעיר דוד, בה היה רגיל להחנות מידי יום, הבחין כי שמשת הרכב מנופצת וסלע מונח בתוך הרכב.

שבוע לאחר מכן, שוב הבחין התובע בתוקף בסמוך לחניון בעיר דוד והתקשר למשטרה שעצרה את התוקף לחקירה. לכל אורך החקירה הכחיש התוקף את המיוחס לו תוך שהוא מתנער לחלוטין ממעשיו, למרות קטעי וידאו שהיו בידי המשטרה המוכיחים שהוא העומד מאחורי התקיפה האלימה.

התוקף שוחרר בערבות כספית, שנתיים לאחר מכן הוגש נגדו כתב אישום ולאחר משפט הוא הורשע במסגרת עסקת טיעון, שבמסגרתה הודה בעובדות כתב האישום. במסגרת העסקה נגזרו עליו חודשיים של מאסר בפועל וחצי שנה של מאסר על תנאי, אך לא נגזר עליו פיצוי כספי למותקף.

המותקף החליט לתבוע פיצויים מסיאם על הנזק שנגרם לו, בין היתר מדובר בהפסד הממוני של הרכב, החולצה והמשקפיים, וכן גם נזקים שהם בלתי ממוניים.

כאמור, לאחרונה נחתם הסכם פשרה בין השניים, בו נקבע כי סיאם ישלם למותקף 13,000 ₪ פיצויים, שכר טרחת עו"ד והוצאות משפט.

עו"ד חיים בלייכר מארגון חוננו המייצג את היהודי שהותקף מסר "אין ספק שנעשה כאן צדק בכך שהתוקף נאלץ לשלם בכסף בגין מעשיו. אנו מאמינים שהמסר כבר מחלחל בין שונאינו שמי שיפגע ביהודי לא רק ייענש, אלא בסוף ישלם מכספו טבין ותקילין".

Man indicted for smashing car windows in 'racist' attack

The Haifa District Attorney's Office filed an indictment on Wednesday in the Haifa District Court against a man accused of aggravated intentional sabotage motivated by racism or hostility to the public.

According to the indictment, the man smashed windows of a car belonging to three Jewish residents as they visited the tomb of a tzaddik (righteous Jewish man) on Friday.The defendant, a 21 year old man, shouted "Jews, Jews" after the three, before attacking their car with a hammer, causing over NIS 1,000 worth of damage.

 פרקליטות מחוז חיפה הגישה ביום רביעי כתב אישום לבית המשפט המחוזי בחיפה נגד אדם שהואשם בחבלה בכוונה מחמירה המונעת בגזענות או בעוינות כלפי הציבור.

 על פי האישום, האיש ניפץ ביום שישי חלונות של מכונית השייכת לשלושה תושבים יהודים בעת שביקרו בקברו של  צדיק  (יהודי צדיק). הנאשם, צעיר בן 21, צעק  "יהודים, יהודים" אחרי השלושה, לפני שתקפו את מכוניתם בפטיש וגרמו לנזק של למעלה מ -1,000 שקל.]

Documentation: Peki'in residents vandalize equipment in Jewish homes

 Police released a tape documenting a group of masked residents of Peki'in, vandalizing equipment in the home of a Jewish family during the riots that broke out in the settlement.  According to the police, the incident occurred after the police forces left the settlement, and the photos prove that there is no truth in the claim that placing a cellular antenna caused clashes.

יצחק זייגר (הליכוד):

אדוני היושב-ראש, כנסת נכבדה, הרצח בכרמיזן היה חוליה נוספת בשרשרת האין-סופית כמעט של יהודים שנרצחו באשר הם יהודים, מתוך אנטישמיות ומתוך שנאה תהומית לעם היהודי וליהודים.

מאז שחר הציונות, מאז חזר העם היהודי למולדתו, שגשגה ופרחה בארץ-ישראל לאומנות ערבית אשר שורשיה, הנעוצים עמוק בקרקע של אנטישמיות, יונקים בחדווה שנאה וגזענות. כזה הוא אש"ף, כזאת היא האמנה הפלשתינאית, המבטאת היטב את האידיאולוגיה הרשמית של אש"ף. האמנה הפלשתינאית הזאת שזורה כולה רעל גזעני ושנאת יהודים. במפורש מדובר שם על טיהור פלשתין מהקיום הציוני ועל גירוש היהודים. "לזרוק את היהודים לים", "מוות ליהודים" - אלה הן הססמאות של אש"ף.

בעיני אש"ף ותומכיו - דמם של יהודים הפקר. קטילת יהודי, גבר או אשה, ילד, צעיר או זקן - אין זה משנה, העיקר שיהיה יהודי - היא כרטיס כניסה מכובד לארגון המרצחים. על רקע זה מצאו את מותם הטרגי זוג סטודנטים יהודים, למרגלות מנזר כרמיזן.

כוחו של אש"ף, רבותי, אינו ברוח, לא במוסר, אפילו לא בעוצמה צבאית. כוחו באכזריות, בזוועתיות ובמפלצתיות.

רבותי חברי הכנסת, במקום להיות מנודה ומוקע בעולם התרבותי, זכה אש"ף דווקא ליוקרה רבה. זכור היטב לשמצה החיזיון באו"ם, כאשר יאסר ערפאת, ראש הארגון, ניצב לו בשחצנות על הבמה כשאקדח חגור למותניו, ונציגי רוב אומות העולם קמים לכבודו מכיסאותיהם ומוחאים לו כף בהתלהבות. לכבוד מה? לכבוד רצח, לכבוד חטיפת מטוסים, לכבוד טרור? העולם התרבותי מעריץ מן הסתם ומכבד אכזריות, ומבין היטב את שפת הטרור. האין זה הלקח שאפשר ללמוד מההיסטוריה של אש"ף?

פלא אמיתי הוא, רבותי, שישראל, המדינה היחידה כמעט בעולם שמצויה בסכנה ממשית של השמדה פיסית, מצליחה להתגונן בפני כוחות עודפים ומצליחה להתקיים, תוך כדי הקפדה על טוהר הנשק ועל הומניות מופלגת, ותוך הבלגה וריסון עצמי שאין למעלה מהם. זהו פלא אמיתי - לא לאבד צלם אנוש באילוצים כאלה ולנוכח פרובוקציה גזענית מתמדת.

ואולם, אין פלא, שלאחר שנים כה רבות, מיעוט קטן בקרבנו, בטל בשישים, הגיע למסקנה, המתבקשת לכאורה, שטרור משתלם, שלבלום טרור אפשר רק על-ידי טרור, וכי על גזענות ערבית יש להשיב בגזענות יהודית. אומנם זו תופעה מצערת, ויש לשרשה מקרבנו, אך עם זאת אסור לאבד פרופורציה. יש לזכור, רבותי חברי הכנסת, כי שנאת יהודים וטרור נגד יהודים רווחים ביותר בארצנו, ואילו שנאת ערבים וטרור נגדם אינם אלא תופעה חריגה ושולית.

החשש הוא, רבותי, שבלהט סלידתנו מגזענות יהודית ותוך הוקעת התופעה והמאבק בה ניצור לעצמנו, בעיני אומות העולם, והעיקר - בעיני עצמנו, תדמית עצמית של גזענים, ונחזק את אשמות השווא שטופל עלינו אש"ף. רק חלילה שלא נצטייר אנו היהודים כאיזה מין קוץ גזעני יחיד בערוגת השושנים המזרח-תיכונית, שמדיפה ריח של "סובלנות והומניות". בל נשכח היכן אנו נמצאים.

שר המשטרה אמר היום בנאומו, כי מכינים חוק נגד הסתה גזעית וגזענית. אכן, הגיע הזמן לכך. אבל כיצד זה, רבותי, התמודדנו והננו מתמודדים כל השנים הללו עם גזענות ערבית גועשת, המאיימת לבולענו, בלי שהיה לנו חוק כזה? ייתכן ששגינו בזאת.

מכל מקום, בין שיחוקק חוק כזה ובין שלא, חשוב מאוד להקפיד על המינוח ועל הסמנטיקה. אסור לכנות טרוריסט ערבי הקוטל יהודים באשר הם יהודים מחבל או טרוריסט. הוא גזען, ויש לכנותו ולהוקיעו כגזען. אולי על-ידי כך נחזיר את הפרופורציה אל כנה.

Mr. Speaker, Honorable Knesset, The assassination in Carmizan was another link in the almost endless chain of Jews murdered as Jews, out of anti-Semitism and out of abysmal hatred of the Jewish people and Jews.

Since the dawn of Zionism, since the return of the Jewish people to their homeland, Arab nationalism has flourished and blossomed in Israel whose roots, deeply rooted in anti-Semitism, have been happily nurturing hatred and racism.  Such is the PLO, such is the Palestinian Convention, which expresses well the official ideology of the PLO.  This Palestinian treaty is all intertwined with racist poison and hatred of Jews.  It is explicitly about cleansing Palestine from Zionist existence and expelling the Jews.  "Throw the Jews into the sea", "Death to the Jews" - these are the slogans of the PLO.

In the eyes of the PLO and its supporters - the blood of the nomadic Jews. Killing a Jew, a man or a woman, a child, young or old - it does not matter, the main thing is to be a Jew - is a respectable ticket to the murderers' organization.  Against this background, a couple of Jewish students died tragically at the foot of the Carmizan Monastery.

The power of the PLO, gentlemen, is not in spirit, not in morality, not even in military power. Its power is in cruelty, horror and monstrosity.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Instead of being ostracized and denounced in the cultured world, the PLO has gained great prestige, and applaud him enthusiastically.  What for?  In honor of murder, in honor of hijackings, in honor of terrorism?  The cultured world obviously admires and respects cruelty, and understands the language of terrorism well.  Is not this a lesson to be learned from the history of the PLO?

A real miracle is, gentlemen, that Israel, the only country in the world that is in real danger of physical destruction, manages to defend itself against excess forces and manages to exist, while maintaining the purity of weapons and extreme humanity, and with unbridled restraint and self-restraint.  This is a real miracle - not to lose its humanity in such constraints and in the face of constant racist provocation.

No wonder, however, that after so many years, a small minority among us, almost non-existent...  It should be remembered, gentlemen of the Knesset, that hatred of Jews and terrorism against Jews is very prevalent in our country, while hatred of Arabs and terrorism against them is nothing but an unusual and marginal phenomenon.

....  in the Middle Eastern field, which smells of "tolerance and humanity," we must not forget where we are.

The Minister of Police said in his speech today that a law is being prepared against racial and racial incitement.  Indeed, the time has come for that.  But how is it, gentlemen, that we have dealt and we have been dealing all these years with tumultuous Arab racism, threatening to engulf us, without us having such a law?  We may have erred in this.

In any case, whether such a law is enacted or not, it is very important to be careful about terminology and semantics.  It is forbidden to call an Arab terrorist who kills Jews, whether they are Jews or a terrorist or a terrorist.  He is a racist, and should be called and condemned as a racist.  Perhaps by doing so we will return the proportion to its truthfulness.
