בעוד תיקי הסתה נגד ימנים נחקרים במהירות שיא תיקי הסתה של נבחרי ציבור ערבים ותומכי טרור שנים רבות מעוכבים על ידי הפרקליטות ומשטרת ישראל

לאחרונה קבע נציב תלונת הציבור על מייצגי המדינה בערכאות השופט בדימוס דוד רוזן שהיועץ המשפטי לממשלה ופרקליטות המדינה התרשלו שנים בחקירת תיקי הסתה כנגד תומכי טרור. ראשית הסיפור הוא בפנייה של ארגון זכויות האדם בצלמו לפני חמש שנים ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה ד"ר אביחי מנדלבליט לחקור את השייח עלי אחמד עודה.

השייח תועד עומד בהר הבית  לפני עשרות אלפי מוסלמים  צועק וקורא לרצוח יהודים ואת הנשיא טראמפ. לכאורה, אין עבירת הסתה יותר קלאסית מזה, ואין גם כל ספק את עוצמת החומרה של דברים אלו  בשל המיקום  והתאריך הנפיצים. חרף זאת, תוך ימים ספורים המשנה לפרקליטת המדינה הגברת נורית ליטמן הממונה על עבירות חופש הביטוי  החליטה לסגור את התיק ולא לפתוח אפילו בחקירה ראשונית. פרסום ההחלטה סוקר בהרחבה וגרר ביקורת ציבורית חריפה על הפרקליטות. לאחר מכן הגיש ארגון 'בצלמו' ערר, שאכן התקבל ונמסר ליועמ"ש הארגון, עו"ד מיכאל ליטווק כי התיק יפתח מחדש...

Double standard between Arab interrogations and Jewish interrogations

While incitement cases against right-wingers are being investigated at record speed, incitement cases by Arab elected officials and terrorist supporters have been detained by the State Attorney's Office and the Israel Police for many years.

Recently, the Ombudsman for State Complaints against Retired Judges David Rosen ruled that the Attorney General and the State Attorney's Office had been negligent for years in investigating incitement cases against terrorist supporters.  The beginning of the story is in a request by the human rights organization B'Tselem five years ago to the Attorney General, Dr. Avichai Mandelblit, to interrogate Sheikh Ali Ahmad Odeh.

The sheikh was documented standing on the Temple Mount in front of tens of thousands of Muslims shouting and calling for the murder of Jews and President Trump.  Seemingly, there is no more classic incitement offense than this, nor is there any doubt about the severity of these things due to the explosive location and date.  Despite this, within a few days, Deputy State Attorney Ms. Nurit Littman, who is in charge of freedom of expression offenses, decided to close the case and not even open a preliminary investigation.  The publication of the decision was extensively reviewed and drew sharp public criticism of the State Attorney's Office.  The B'Tsalmo organization then filed an appeal, which was indeed accepted and communicated to the organization's spokesman, Adv. Michael Litwok, that the case will be reopened ...

And basically, the study was conducted by the Accord Center, which seeks to "promote equal, tolerant and respectful relations between the various social and ethnic groups in Israeli society, and between Israeli society and neighboring societies in the region" (according to the center's website), so the objectivity of the survey is questionable.

According to the survey, the fear of the Jews is twice as great as the fear in Arab society, but it is impossible to write the truth in the headline - it does not go down well with the Arabs.

By the way, the Arab riots among the Jews versus the non-riots of the Jews in the Arabs call into question all these numbers.  Perhaps they meant that 95% of Jews are afraid of Arabs.

The incident is fully documented, but the Jerusalem prosecutor's office has not yet decided to file an indictment.

In a similar case when the attackers were Jews, an indictment was filed against them within five days.

In the shadow of the rise in morbidity, MK Simcha Rotman of 'Religious Zionism' calls for ensuring that the ultra-Orthodox sector is not the number one enforcement target of the police |  He argued that there was discrimination between the houses of worship of the Jews and the Muslims - emphasizing: "It would not be accepted in any country in the world."

Rothman mentioned that when they went to Turkey on Muslim holidays, they did not worry at all, but now that there are Jewish holidays, they warn against an eruption in Uman, which is on Rosh Hashanah.  He called for ensuring that the police do not enforce much more on the ultra-Orthodox than the rest of the public.

"When we were on Muslim holidays and people went to Turkey we were told that everything was fine," he told the Constitution Committee. "Now that the Jewish holidays are coming and with them the trips to Uman suddenly have a problem. Also in the Western Wall plaza there is an outline of capsules and restrictions while on the Temple Mount there are no restrictions."

In accordance with the recommendations of the professionals, the cabinet will allow an extension of several weeks for the completion of the negotiations for the evacuation by consent.

A member of Bennett's party, MK Bezalel Smutrich, said this morning: "This is a shameful surrender that harms Israeli interests.  This is serious because it creates discrimination between Netiv HaAvot and Amona, where Jewish homes were demolished.  Wrong step that violates the sovereignty of the State of Israel.  I estimate that if there is a significant unrest in the coalition, the prime minister will be attentive to it and give instructions.  "The one who is unequivocally to blame is the prime minister, and as a member of the coalition, I am not prepared to go over it on the agenda."

The chairman of the National Union, Minister Uri Ariel, said this morning that "it is not possible for enforcement to be carried out only against Jewish localities.  This is a significant violation of the sovereignty and governance of the right-wing government in Israel.  I call on the Prime Minister to reverse the decision and evacuate the outpost to Amar later this week...

אז שלושה נערים עברו לינץ', נעצרו כי הערבים טענו שהם הציתו מבנה, הפורעים הערבים כמובן לא נעצרו כי להם מותר הכל, והבוקר המשטרה מבקשת לשחרר את הנערים כי מסתבר שהם צדקו כשטענו מהרגע הראשון שלא עשו כלום. עו"ד

So three boys were lynched, arrested because the Arabs claimed they set fire to a building, the Arab rioters of course were not arrested because they are allowed everything, and this morning the police are asking to release the boys because it turns out they were right when they claimed from the first moment they did nothing.  Attorney @natirom: "Investigators need to leave the keys [behind]."

ח"כ בן גביר בתגובה לאלימות שוטרים נגד תושבי קומי אורי: "מישהו שם בצמרת גיבור על יהודים, במקום לשלוח את השוטרים ללוד, לרמלה לשכונת שמעון הצדיק, שם מכים נשים ומתעללים בילדים רק בגלל שהם יהודים עם כיפה".

אלימות שוטרים קשה בגבעת קומי אורי ביצהר. תושבים מדווחים על 2 תושבים שנפצעו קל וזקוקים לטיפול רפואי.

Although the High Court's ruling stems from a legal worldview that sees Israel as an occupier in Judea and Samaria, as the position of Peace Now, Yesh Din, and B'Tselem, the government does not take a legal position against it.  Israelis also face land that is not registered in privately owned.  Any land that is not arbitrated as Israeli, stands to the credit of the "local" Arabs, and not to the "occupier", so in their view the synagogue will be destroyed, even though the question of ownership of the land has not been decided. The High Court does not pursue justice here, but persecutes settlement, on the basis of its anti-Zionist leftist agenda.

בתוך כך, בית הדין המשמעתי של ההתאחדות לכדורגל פרסם הבוקר את העונש של בית"ר ירושלים בעקבות האירועים במשחק הניצחון 1:3 על עירוני קרית שמונה. כזכור, באותו משחק הואשמו האוהדים בקריאות גזעניות לעברו של אחמד עאבד. על פי המשקיף, השחקן ספג בין היתר קריאות גזעניות ואף יריקות.

בית הדין החליט להטיל על הקבוצה עונש של שני משחקי רדיוס בפועל. בנוסף, בית"ר נקנסה ב-40 אלף שקלים.

On Bnei Sakhnin's Facebook page, which bears the name Bnei Sakhnin F.C., a picture was posted this morning (Sunday) with the inflammatory caption: "Teddy Shalom, Teddy Shalom, we will burn you today."  On the picture (attached to the article) was a bomb and a punch from which blood flowed.  Next to the picture is written in Arabic: "Winners, if God willing."

It should be noted that on the Facebook page, which received more than 43,000 likes, the problematic status was removed about half an hour ago.

Meanwhile, the Football Association's disciplinary court this morning announced the punishment of Betar Jerusalem following the events in the 1: 3 victory game against Kiryat Shmona.  Permit racist chants and even spit.

יש כאן גזענות פעמיים. פעם אחת מצד הערבים התוקפים ופעם שנייה מצד התקשורת שמסתירה ולא מדווחת בכותרות על התקיפה הגזענית של הערבים נגד יהודים חפים מפשע.

An attack on a racist background.  Arabs brutally attacked with a glass bottle, a Jew walking near the Nablus Gate in Jerusalem.  This report will not make headlines in the media, just because the victim is Jewish and the attackers are Arabs.  If it was the other way around, and the victim was an Arab, the media would have dug in on "Lynch in Jerusalem."

There is twice as much racism here.  Once on the part of the attacking Arabs and a second time on the part of the media, which hides and does not report in the headlines about the racist attack of the Arabs against innocent Jews.

"The Israel Supreme Court has ruled that in the State of Israel and in Jerusalem in particular, Arabs may live in Jewish neighborhoods," he said last week. "Arabs live in the [Jewish] French Hill neighborhood of Jerusalem and the Supreme Court approved this. I'm adopting the perspective of the Supreme Court. Jews are also allowed to live in any part of the city, including the eastern part. It is their democratic, Jewish, and ideological right to live wherever they want."
